Susquehanna Township EMS received a visit from world record holder and Harlem Globe Trotter Chris “Handles” Franklin today. A former basketball player with Susquehanna Township High School, Chris returned to Harrisburg to open the newly renovated basketball courts at Edgemont Park. Thanks to the generosity of his non-profit organization, the Chris “Handles” Franklin Foundation, local kids will get to enjoy the renovated playground where Chris used to play.
Chris took time to also stop by Susquehanna Township EMS and visit with our on duty crews today! Thanks Chris!
